Delivery
Subject to availability goods will be dispatched within 7 days of your order being received. Items such as Commission Pieces we be dispatched as and when they are completed. This can take considerably longer than 7 working Days and will be agreed this as the commissioning client.
Taxes
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any taxes relevant to the country where they are purchasing from.
payment
ll payments are processed through Square via WooCommerce or Paypal. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. All prices are inclusive other than postage and packaging. All products are subject to availability. A full refund will be made if goods are unavailable and a delayed delivery is unacceptable.
Packaging and postage will be displayed at checkout.
Full payment is required before goods are despatched. Goods may be returned within 14 days from receipt, for full refund, provided they are undamaged, in their original packs and are carefully packaged.
It is advisable to obtain proof of posting as they remain your responsibility until we acknowledge receipt. Goods returned in an unsaleable condition we reserve the right not to provide a refund.
opting In
Throughout the website, there are chances for you to opt into the newsletter and or to become a member. It is understood that upon signing up that you give LucyD Studio permission to keep your details on our servers.
At the checkout you can opt-in to receive a reminder to send a review on the product you brought and the service we supplied, this information is kept on our servers and you give the LucyD Studio permission to contact you. It is also understood that The LucyD Studio uses a 3rd party (CusRev.com) to colate and record these reviews for the sole use on the LucyD Studio website.

Lucy Dawlish (LucyD) reserves the right to decline any commissions or requests without reason.
