Seaton Carew

Seaton Carew

About

A short walk along the sand dune-covered beach at Seaton Carew, you’ll come to a little bay which the Locals call “The Blue Lagoon. This is actually the mouth of the river Tees and a fairly busy port. Today the view is strewn with wind turbines, and I might paint them one day. But for now, here’s the Blue lagoon before the Turbines

Morning Mumbles View

Morning Mumbles View

About

This was the first Painting I did when I came back from my Pembrokeshire tour. This the Mumbles looking out towards Cardiff. It was a seriously hot morning and was already 22 degrees celsius at 9.30 am. The mist was rising in the distance with the faint morning glow in the sky, It was so tranquil and I wanted to capture that in this painting.
